This website is designed to facilitate a simulation for the Provost’s Committee on Strategic Transformation about the future USC in 10 years–in the year 2024.  The exercise will be facilitated by USC Annenberg’s Scenario Lab.  The idea is to first imagine the world in 2024 and then envision USC inhabiting and leading in that world.  Questions you might consider include:  What is the role of the university locally and globally?  What will higher education in leading research universities look like?  What research priorities and concerns command the most resources and attention? How will USC be distinguished from other institutions of higher education? What are the key environmental issues that enable an constrain the USC of the future?
